IMPORTANT NOTE: Windows 2000 users will need to verify the high encryption pack is installed. This link is to a Verisign page that checks your PC to see if you have strong encryption installed:http://verisign.netscape.com/advisor/ms40.html . If Strong Encryption support is not installed, Windows 2000 SP2 or higher will need to be installed to use Strong Encryption. This version is NOT compatible with Windows 98, Windows 98 SE,Windows NT v4.0 or below and Windows ME. Do Not Download if using these version of Windows operating systems.

Travelport Smartpoint Customers may print a copy of the download instructions simply by selecting File, and then Print in the Explorer Toolbar. You may begin the download process by clicking on the link (Download Now) at either the top or the bottom of this section, then respond as directed in the instructions. Travelport recommends that all third party applications (except Internet Explorer) be closed during the download process.
1. Click on Run on Internet Explorer - Security Warning.
2. Select Next
3. Aggree to License aggrement and select next.
4. Select appropriate install for single user machine or multi-user machine
5. Confirm Installation by selecting “Next”. The installation could take several minutes, there is initial configuration checking being processed. Do Not interrupt the installation process, please allow several minutes for the installation to process.

Do not interrupt the installation process. Premature termination may cause product performance issues if installation process is not fully completed.
6. Click Close to complete installation.
7. After successfull installation, restart the Travelport Smartpoint Filter Agent. Select Start >> All Programs >> Travelport Smartpoint >> Travelport Smartpoint Filter Agent.
